More About Coach Brandon

Ever since I was little I was passionate about being in shape. Martial arts has been my first love with Bruce Lee being my main source of influence. My very first "client" has been my younger brother. So from the age of 10, he was 5, I've been training him. After graduating high school in 2008 I took classes learning how to coach and train people. I spent my first 4yrs out of high school going back to my alma mater helping and teaching proper sprinting techniques for running track. In 2010 I started my own personal training business working with the average person who wanted to get in shape. In between time I also helped coach pop warner football. In 2012 I decided that I was going to dedicate myself to actually playing football since I wasn't able to growing up. In 2014 I earned my first scholarship to play at Arizona Christian University, where I spent 2yrs before being drafted into the RPFL. As the months passed on until my draft day, I worked a personal trainer for another independent trainer working with the elderly. I've learned so much over the years. Patients being the most important thing along side being relational. I've worked with kids 5yrs old to adults in their 90s. I've worked with high school athletes, middle school, college athletes and even pro athletes that I've encountered on my journey to playing pro. I've trained the regular everyday person and I've trained people to get ready for the military. My passion is helping people. Yes of course I tend to draw more athletes but I couldn't turn down anybody in need.

My collegiate career was spent at Arizona Christian University. I was awarded academic student athlete in 2015.
Professionally I played for a developmental arena team, West Valley Cardinals in 2017
The SoCal Coyotes in the Developmental Football International League in 2018 winning the league championship.
Also in 2019 I played internationally for Team America in the LEXFA tournament against Team Mexico.

What a client can expect from me is first and foremost to be comfortable. My style and approach to sessions is that I do the work with them. That way I can accurately assess the skill and fitness level. Also with me doing the work with them. They won't feel alone. I'll be going through the same struggles and pain. My philosophy is that everybody is different and so will your session differ. There are some basic principles and regiments that are universal but there will be a plan dedicated and created specifically for the individual. For any workouts in the gym a day pass is $15.
