More About Coach Brandon
I have been trained in many genres of dance for the last 14 years and have had 4 years of experience training kids and adults in Gymnastics and tumbling. Along with that I have trained adults looking to lose body fat and tone up and put them through a specific regimen that has helped my clients loose up 30 pounds in less than a year. I am fully certified by NESTA with experience in acupressure massage therapy and have a huge passion to help people achieve their fitness goals and live a better life.
I have competed and performed in many areas of dance from genres of hip hop, break dancing, contemporary, ballroom and etc. I am well versatile in many forms of fitness from gymnastics to crossfit and throughly enjoy cross training to get outside my comfort zone. I like to utilize my knowledge of the body from dance to help people train safer and smarter.
You can expect a one hour session with my attention fully on the client. I take them through a specific warm up catered to the client that gets their body loosened up to get ready for the vigorous exercise regimen that I have in store for them. I waste no time and get straight to guiding the client through a number of different exercises that are specific to the clients goals. I focus a lot on cutting down body fat percentage and toning up so I utilize a lot of high intensity interval training with weights as well as body weights that gets your heart pumping. I guide each client through each workout carefully as to prevent injury and teach the proper way to do each workout so that the clients don't only follow my instructions but learn how to do the workouts themselves when I am not there. After each workout I take each client through a stretch that cools down their body that allows their muscles to stay long and relaxed after a hard workout.
