Our first session is called "Session Zero". In that session I will be asking a lot of questions, getting to know you as a person AND as a swimmer. And I will be testing your limits and capabilities to determine what the best path is to pursue. Whether it be technique, strength training, speed or pace work that is required; I will help you achieve your goals.
Many that have worked with me have called me the "Devil Incarnate", but always thank me in the end.
