More About Coach Brad

I am ceritfied as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist for the past 10 years, I also have experience and knowledge in training University of South Alabama Football Team. I was interning for them in their Strength and Conditioning Program. Along with my part in training them I was in charge of Rehab and Nutrition aspects of the program for the players.

A typical session with me is 30 minutes to an hour long. We focus on cardio, strength and condititoning training and or rehab if needed. Depending on the desired goal each client has it varies from client to client. Could be weight loss, gaining lean muscle, toning and trimming, conditioning for a sport, etc.

I played Football as a kid and ran Cross Country and Track in High School. I also competed in shows at a high level after college years. Now train strength, conditioning, rehab clients from different sports.

You can expect to meet a experienced professional who will walk you through a 30 minutes to an hour session at a time. To start off I do ask questions to pinpoint to make u better in your sport. From there I plan out a training and nutritional format for us to follow from a daily to weekly to consistently make u better and better.

I first met Brad through my dad trying to get ready for football for the upcoming year. We started working with him during the summer months while HS was out. I packed on weight, size and strength I need to do what I needed to on the field. Definitely helped my skills on the field for upcoming season.
First coming to Brad I was a mess. I had a belly, shoulder problems & never stayed on a regular workout schedule or consistent nutrition program. Now walking with the aid of a walker, which I lived in a wheelchair prior to meeting Brad, I would recommend him to anyone.
Meeting Brad in January 2015 with my wife to start working out again, my main goal was to lose weight, build muscle, and gain back my Strength and Conditioning. Working with him with a diet made for my specific needs along with my wife I lost 30+ pounds of fat, gaining that lean & gained back that strength & conditioning I had once lost. If not moving back up north with my wife I would continue to use him. Very good at what he does
