Boyce Seals

I coached youth (ages 8-15) and high school athletes (15-18) in Football and track & field. I started coaching at Davie County High School in 2016 with their track & field program coaching triple and long jump. My time in North Carolina started doing coaching private football workouts and during the summer months I coached jumps with an AAU track team. Then 2019 moved to Savannah, Georgia, to join New Hampstead High School football and track program.

In high school I became two year Conference Champion in triple jump. Senior year 2014, I was ranked the 13th triple jumper in the state of North Carolina and set a school record. Joined a track club and continued to jump in college. In 2017 I Played with an arena football team called the Carolina Wildcats.

We will start with basic mechanics like running, jumping, throwing and work on creating a strong base to build up on. Then build up to prefect form all while getting bigger, faster, stronger. We will also train the mind to work accordingly with the body and become mental tough.
