I competed both at the high school and division III collegiate levels in athletics. In high school I was a 2 sport captain, 2 sport league all star, and media all scholastic. At the collegiate level I was a 2 year team captain and received all conference honors.
My practice plan as well as the execution of my plan is the top priority. Detailed plans will be created in advance with quality and efficiency being the priority. During the session, players can expect very little to no down time, in an effort to maximize the daily workout.
My skill based sessions will touch on a variety of individual skills necessary for success. All players, regardless of "position" need to have certain skills to reach individual and team success.
Players can expect to learn and practice tangible skills such as ball handling, finishing, passing, shooting, rebounding, and defense.
In addition, intangibles including hustle, leadership, and how to be a great teammate will also be taught through practice during our skills sessions.
I will lead all sessions and often times will have an additional practice player assistant, allowing me to offer a broader variety of drills and skill work; without sacrificing attention or coaching to your player.
