More About Coach Bliss
I worked under NBA trainer R2BBALL(Ryan Razooky) for 4 months in San Marcos, CA. I started my training business in my hometown San Gabriel, CA, and have built up to 70+ clients since July 2025. I have trained 5 year olds up to college level players, but typically work with middle school and high school kids. I am the head JV coach for San Gabriel High School and the assistant varsity coach as well. You can check my work out @blissknowshoops on instagram!
I played high school basketball, and was varsity all 4 years. I earned all league 2x during my years in high school. I played club ball for 3 years from 7th grade to end of sophomore year.
Sessions are an hour long. I normally start with 10 minutes of two ball dribbling, and then I shift over to 10 minutes of footwork and contact work with me holding a pad. Then, for the rest of the workout, I normally ask what the client wants to work on, and if they don’t know what they want to work on, then I normally do skill work and build off a specific move with counters. Examples would be adding pull backs, in n outs, spin moves, and hop steps to that move.
