More About Coach Blake
I have coached mainly 6+ in individual sessions and group sessions as well. The college athletes I worked with wee college athletes I played collegiate ball with, preparing them for their pro days. Grade school, pee wee and pop warner players are the majority of athletes I spend time with, however if you have a high school athlete looking to separate themselves from the rest, I am your guy. I believe competition, hustle, ambition, and a simple "want to" is what it takes to become great. I will also love to work with 4 year olds on mechanics and coordination to prepare them for contact play.
High School: Letterman in Football, Baseball, Basketball.
AAU: Junior Olympics- High Jump, Long Jump, and 4x1
College: WR- Arkansas State University- SunBelt Conference Champion/GoDaddy Bowl Champion 12-13', Henderson State University- DB,OLB GAC Runner-Up. Lot of experience with the game and a continuous student of the game of football. Fell in Love at the age of 4.
Pre-Game: 15 min Dynamic Warm-Up along with Static Stretch to get the heart rate up and Blood flowing.
1st Down- Change of Direction, Reaction, Quick feet Drills.
2nd Down- Position Specific Drills- Ball Control, Hands, Stance, Breakdown, FINISH.
3rd Down- Mental Aspects- play recognition, eyes, Placement, Vocal, Communication.
4th Down- Conditioning (Age and Position)
Post-Game - cool down & stretch
