More About Coach Bhavna
I have coached and trained athletes anywhere from 3 years old to 50+. I have coached at the high school level (JV and Varsity). I coached at Northwood HS in Irvine, which is also my Alma Mater. As a private trainer, I work with any age. I’m also a certified professional coach (I coach executives for work).
I was an decorated All-City athlete and MVP in high school, and was recruited to play at Columbia University (Division 1) in NYC. I played for 2 years before injuries cut my career short. I set several records for my high school.
I tailor sessions to each individual client — with a mix of fundamentals and specific skills for their position and playing style. I played small forward and have a mix of guard and post skills, and am able to tailor sessions to what’s needed (perimeter moves, post moves, shooting form).
