I have coached football for over 20 years. I have experience at the high school, college, and professional levels. I specialize in working with the skill positions, more specific, quarterback. I most recently worked as the Head Coach of the only community college football program in Connecticut.

I competed locally at the high school level. After high school I moved on to the University of Maryland. I continued my playing career at the arena and minor professional level.

All of my workout sessions include a dynamic warm up, speed and agility training, skill-specific training and a transition plan to prepare for the next workout.
