After you contact me, we'll discuss the skills you want to improve and create a plan to get you better, faster.

One of my high school aged players wanted to improve his shooting and left hand dribbling, here is a sample workout for him:

-2 ball dribbling drills, in place.

-2 ball dribbling running, change directions at spots on the floor, then varying crossovers at spots on the floor.

-Left hand work: Against the walls back and forth - 10 hard pound left hand dribbles, accelerate into left hand dribble, left hand pass to wall, catch pass, turn, pound in and out for 10 dribbles, accelerate left hand pass to wall, catch pass, repeat.

5 each:
Pop out from block, catch on right wing, drive left into the lane, left hand layup
Pop out from block, catch on right wing, drive left into the lane, pull up jumper
Pop out from block, catch on right wing, drive left into the lane, left hand pass out to shooter

100 mid range catch and shoot shots from 5 spots on the floor
100 3's catch and shoot from 5 spots on the floor

**Sprints and free throws were also included in this 1 hour workout
