I am a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Professor Lucas Lepri, and have been coaching Jiu Jitsu for 9 years. I currently own and operate Deep Blue Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Caledonia, MI. I have coached kids of all age groups, hobbyists, competitors, and have had multiple online virtual students.

I am not an active competitor. I have been focused on coaching since I was a blue belt. I have coached both kids and adults through periodized competition training leading up to competition rounds. I am also a certified personal fitness instructor through the ISSA.

A typical private session would involve a pre session review of what you are interested in learning. The session would start with a conceptual overview of the topic, and proceed into technical attacking systems. I will problem solve your current game through situational live rounds. I also offer virtual coaching through video analysis and feedback.
