More About Coach Ben
I have years of experience training athletes of all levels. I currently train youth, middle, and high school athletes. I have worked with collegiate and professional athletes as well. I train out of The Block Performance Center in Rancho Bernardo, San Diego, but I can also commute to any park convenient to the clients location.
For 16 years, I lived and breathed elite performance, competing at the collegiate level before transitioning to play professional football overseas. While playing professionally; I have won league MVP and Offensive player of the year as a wide receiver. I also led the league in receptions, receiving yards, and receiving yards.
Here is a quick breakdown of what you can expect when working with me. Initially an assessment will be ran to see the clients level of fitness, mobility, strength. This information will help get a better understanding of where the clients ability is at so that I can make a safe and effective program. After the assessment, the client can expect a custom tailored program to fit their specific goals and needs to strengthen and level up their abilities.
