I am a track and field coach, specializing in the throws. I have coached at a school in Rome, GA named Shorter University. I have coached at University of Wisconsin-River falls and I have also coached at a school in Tallahassee, FL named Florida A&M University. I am currently the throws coach at Texas Lutheran University. I have coached on all three NCAA division levels. I have previously done lessons with high school throwers.

I attended Lake Erie College locates in Cleveland, OH. I was a part of the football teams as well as the track and field teams. I have coached the National record hold for the women’s weight throw for the Bahamas.

I start every session with a thorough warm up specifically for the event we are about to work on. Then we will always do mobility drills. After mobility, we will do event specific drills. After drills, we will then take throws and videos.
