I work on analyzing athletes strengths and weaknesses, developing routines to either maintain the strengths while improving those weaknesses, all while teaching the athlete the importance of being in tune with their physical body.
Typical Training Session
- Dynamic/ Activation based warmup
- Educational instruction on purpose and execution of exercises for that day
- Sport specific movements/ drills
- Cardio/ Static Stretch cool down
- Final Thoughts and Feedback to prepare for the next session.
