I have experience coaching team sports from grade-school level up through high school as well as one-on-one coaching experience with college athletes. As a four-sport athlete in high school I have experience with many sports. I played football and ran track at the collegiate level and was teammates with athletes that would go on to play professionally. I earned a degree in Kinesiology as well as a Coaching Certificate in College.

I was an All-State football and baseball player in high school as well as a state champion sprinter. I played football and track at the collegiate level but was forced to slow down after a spine injury.

As a Kinesiology major I look at the basic moving patterns first to determine what I call "power leakage" or inefficient movement. After building a strong base I work with position specific skills. I have tens of thousands of hours of experience in sports and I often have cheats or quick fixes that I like to teach.
