Ben Carlson

I am still currently playing professionally. Throughout my playing career I have had experience training younger players and aspiring athletes. I specialize in shooting, ball-handling, footwork, passing, rebounding and basketball IQ development. My approach combines professional-level drills with personalized feedback tailored to each player’s goals.

I have consistently competed at the highest levels of basketball, successfully transitioning from a 4-star high school recruit to a Power 5 starter and now to the professional ranks in Europe.

VEF Riga (Latvia): Competed in the Latvian-Estonian League and Basketball Champions League (BCL), one of the highest levels of European competition.

QSTA United (BNXT League): Completed a standout rookie season in the premier Dutch-Belgian professional league.

Collegiate Career (Big Ten & Pac-12)
100+ Games Played: Four-year veteran at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Utah.

Post-Season Success: Competed in two NCAA Tournaments and one NIT Final Four appearance.

D1 Leadership: Proven experience navigating the physical and mental rigors of the most competitive conferences in college basketball.

National Recognition: 15+ Division 1offers, Ranked as a 4-star recruit; McDonald’s All-American Nominee.

State & Conference Honors: Mr. Basketball Finalist (State); SEC Conference MVP; Multi-time All-State selection.

I tailor every workout to your specific needs. I utilize a personal player-onboarding questionnaire to customize our first session and offer film analysis to ensure your growth continues off the court. Each session is around one hour and focuses on what you want to improve.
