In a typical session with me, clients can expect a focus on shot put, discus, hammer throw, weight throw, and javelin throw. I emphasize clean, professional techniques, covering both the Glide and Rotational throws. I conduct detail-oriented practices targeting specific muscles for development and improvement, ensuring a comprehensive workout for athletes.
