My private sessions follow a structured progression built around ball-handling, shooting, footwork, conditioning, and overall basketball IQ. Each workout begins with a dynamic warmup, followed by focused skill work tailored to the athlete’s needs.
We spend time developing tight ball-handling through controlled dribble reps, hand-specific work, and situational combos that translate into real game play. Shooting sessions emphasize proper form, balance, and repetition—ranging from close-range touch shots to off-the-dribble and contested jumpers.
Conditioning and plyometric elements are added to improve explosiveness, speed, and endurance. For players who need it, we incorporate post moves, footwork sequences, and scoring techniques.
Every session ends with competitive challenges, free throws, and recovery work. My goal is to build confident, well-rounded players through consistent, purposeful training.
