Augustine A.

My name is Augustine Agyei . I Grew up in Aurora, Colorado and graduated from Smoky Hill High school. I love football and Track and Field. During High school I played football all four years and ran track as well. My senior year, I was the state champion in the 300m Hurdles, contributing to the overall team Title as well in 2005. I went to Drake University as a dual sport athlete. During my time at Drake, I was playing significantly by my sophomore year. I also was All-conference in the 60m and 100m dash for Track and field. After my third season at Drake University, I decided to transfer to Western Washington University where I excelled in both sports as well. However, after my first season at the school, the administration decided to drop football.

I then transferred to Colorado State University-Pueblo to finish my collegiate football career. After I finished my Final season, I began training with my mentor Loren Landow. Loren took my already pretty good attributes, and made them incredible. That year I was invited to Rookie Mini Camp with the Cincinnati Bengals(2010), and after that I was on rosters for the Utah Blaze(Arena Football League), and Colorado Ice(Indoor Football League). During that process, Loren took my 40yd Dash time from 4.39 down to a 4.25 which I ran for the Utah Blaze. After training and still continuing to train with Loren, I decided that I love training, and that this would be perfect for me to take on not to only to better myself athletically, but to help others reach their dreams as well.

Speed and speed development has always been something that I love to focus and educate myself on and with the tools and knowledge that I have learned from my ongoing training with. When I am not training, I am coaching at Arapahoe High school.
