More About Coach Ashley

I love coaching and I have such a passion for it. I teach all levels. I specialize in stroke refinement and water safety swimming for young children. I love to work with all ages as I am very adaptable to each individual. I am lifeguard certified and I have been teaching for over 3 years year-round.

I swam for Hebron Varsity Swim Team and I have swam for swim clubs in the Dallas area such as LAC, Metro, SELECT, and Dallas Mustangs for 7 years.

A typical session would first start with an initial assessment to see the water behavior and adaptability of each student. We work from the initial assessment to build a strong foundation of each stroke while learning the crucial factors of water safety.
