More About Coach Asaundra
I have coached age 6 - 28 over the last 6 years in both basketball and track & field (elementary, high school, collegiate and professional levels). I specialize in the 1,2, and 3 positions.
I was defensive player of the year in high school and went on to run D1 Collegiate track & field. I competed from 2013-2021 and earned D2 Coach of the year. Currently, I specialize in the PG/SG position.
Ball handling drills, perfecting jump shot/3-pointers, defensive drills, shot form, endurance, and agility. Expect injury prevention, stretching, great warm-ups, and cool downs.

Client Reviews
Eddie (CoachUp client)
Coach Asaundra took the time to find out my daughter's goals and worked toward continued improvement. She pushed her enough to make it challenging, but also made the lessons fun. Coach A is kind, patient, and knowledgeable...and equally as important for the parent of an athlete, responsive and on time. My 11th grade daughter thinks very highly of her; she is great for any grade or experience level!
Elresa (CoachUp client)
Asaundra is phenomenal Coach. She has a perfect temperament of calm yet high bar for excellence.

Cheri (CoachUp client)
It was a good training session. Only down side was if the communication could be better.
Jolene (CoachUp client)
Asaundra was very professional and motivational to my daughter. She started with conditioning in the first session. We look forward to seeing her again.
Joe (CoachUp client)
Coach Asaundra was great with our 11-year-old son! Everything from her demeanor, to her coaching approach, and her communication style were a great fit. She was reliable and our son looked forward to the sessions. (Unfortunately, she had to move)
April (CoachUp client)
My daughter enjoys her time with Coach Asaundra. We have both noticed her game improve.
