Playing Experience
Downingtown High School: I was a record setting Running Back and Kick Returner who helped lead my team to 3 Chest-Mont League Championships and 2 PIAA State Championships, in which I broke Tony Dorsett’s scoring and rushing record as a Junior. In addition, I won every major award or honor that can be received within 4 years as a varsity player and finished ranked as the #3 Running Back in the country as senior. (Big 33 MVP, USA Parade All-American, PA Sports Fever District 1 Player of the Year, Ches-Mont League MVP RB/DB, 1st Team All-State (2x), All-Area (2x), 1st Team All-Chest-mont RB (3x) DB (2x), SuperPrep, PrepStar, Street & Smith, VFW Purple Heart Award, Maxwell Club Award)

University of Virginia: Played in 4 College Bowl Games. I was ranked as one of the top returners in my first 2 years and saw a lot of action behind 1st Round Draft Pick Thomas Jones as a redshirt freshmen before struggling with injuries. I missed my last year of eligibility in college and still received an invitation to play in the Senior Las Vegas Paradise Bowl where Tony Romo (Cowboys) was my quarterback and I walked away with MVP honors of the game by leading our team to victory for the Mid-West.

NFL (Rams, Lions, Falcons): I played in what is considered to be one of the most complex and high powered offenses (Greatest Show on Turf) in NFL history led by Coach Mike Martz. My first 2 seasons with the St. Louis Rams, I was the second leading rusher behind Hall Of Famer Marshall Faulk. My first 4 years in the league I was coached by All-Pro Running Back & Philadelphia Eagles Great, Wilbert Montgomery (currently Browns RB Coach). I then went on to play with some of the best backfields- Detroit with Kevin Jones, then on to Atlanta with Warrick Dunn. Due to a career ending knee injury, I was forced to retire after being credited with 5 NFL seasons. (Highlights: 03’ Top 10 NFL Kick Returner, Scored 3 TD’s in 1st NFL start vs #1 Steeler defense, 03’ NFC West Champ, #2 Rams Leading Rusher (2x), Special Teams Badge winner).

You will receive in depth Running Back specific training that will change the way you see the field forever. Every session highlights a concentration on ball security and fundamental instruction on the running and/or passing game. Understand the difference between reaction and anticipation. Grasp the RB position through the eyes of a pro and “why” plays are designed the way they are in order to better execute reads and responsibilities. Manipulate defenders, set up blocks, take pre-snap reads and much more.

Running Backs set the tone and carry the flag for the offense every time they touch the field. Each possession should be a statement, not only to the opposing team, but to your teammates that you will do everything in your power to inspire a victory! There are so many types of Running Backs styles and with the face of offenses consistently changing on how they utilize their backs, it is very important to learn from someone who has played in multiple schemes at a very high level. By being a vested NFL Running Back, who better to assist in your journey to becoming the best all around back you can be?

Client Reviews

First session I ever had with Coach Harris I did things that were uncomfortable. I wasn’t used to being challenged that way, but he turned my weaknesses into strengths. He also improved every aspect of my game this year and it showed on the field. Before training with him I was a decent back, but now he turned me into a great Run It Back
It’s important to develop a blue collar work ethic as early as possible. You grind in practice so you can eat on game day. Run It Performance is a great opportunity to experience training that will elevate your game and prepare you for the next level
I must say you learned how to be a pro and played with a lot of heart. It was a pleasure not just competing with you on the football field but also learning in the meeting room. I enjoyed sharing my knowledge of the game and now your sharing it with your guys. Keep it going
