I have experience coaching sprints, high jump relays and long jump! I’ve coach K-12, I’ve coached at Bellevue West and my cousin and I have started a track club called flyaway! I will train any age group!

I’ve competed nationally for AAU track, I have records at my alma mater high school, I’ve competed in state track. I ran for Omaha Christian Academy and Bellevue Breeze!

I love to have fun. And if I love to incorporate that within training. So that might look like sprints, or a game of tag, unfortunately there’s nothing to make running bleachers fun, but it will help make your runner faster. So my workouts would depend on the day. So mondays we might do nothing but running out of the blocks, tuesday might be straight sprints, wednesday might be jumps, high and or long. and then thursday relay work, like handoffs and might race the coach!! then friday rest day
