More About Coach Aramis
I have 17 years experience in Track and Field and have been coaching and training athletes of all ages since 2011. I have coached college, high school and youth athletes. I am a semi-professional competitor in the 110m hurdles who has trained and competed with professional track and field athletes nationally, internationally and globally. I also have experience in college football training and as well as pro football combine training.
Through my experience I have learned that proper technique and development of body movement is key above all else. If one cannot master their own body’s natural movement, injuries and inconsistent results will follow. No matter how much weight you lift...if proper form is neglected, consistency will be lacking. Let me help you develop your own natural rhythm so as to boost your performance.
I have competed in track and field at the club, high school, collegiate and currently open levels. 2006 conference champion in the 110 meter hurdles and triple jump. Former 2006 Colorado High School State top 4 finisher in the 110 meter hurdles and triple jump. First team Colorado High school long jumper and 4x200 meter relay state qualifier. NJCAA 2007 championships 2nd place finisher in the 110 meter hurdles.
2015 NFL Combine participant
2016-current Semi-Professional Track & Field Athlete
I will start each athlete off with a warm up that will engage the athlete in showing me their natural rhythm and running pattern. No matter the sport, if an athlete can move efficiently, they will be able to perform. We will then develop a scoped plan that builds upon the athletes strengths. I will teach proper running form first then add speed and technical aspects later. No matter where the athlete is (high school, college, pro) each will benefit from basics that create a solid foundation.

Client Reviews
Kimberly (CoachUp client)
Coach Aramis made immediate impact with my 16 year old daughter. Because this is her junior year of high school we required someone that could not only coach her but to be a personality fit. Coach Aramis "got it" and has made a difference in her performance in less than 30 days of training. Great coach and person, we'd definitely recommend him.
