The main focus in the sessions is overall fitness, as well as the proper technical requirements to reach your highest potential. Each session will follow a regular routine, and with the hope of meeting at least three times a week we can get into a solid routine that will incorporate overall fitness (running), and the most important aspect of track and field, proper technique.
