More About Coach Antwon
I have 6 years experience in personal and group fitness coaching helping clients of all ages achieve fitness goals such as losing weight, shredding body fat, building lean muscle mass, improving general fitness levels, and training for the Police Physical Fitness Test. I have organized and conducted speed camps, personal training sessions, fitness boot camps, and high school strength and conditioning programs. I spent 13 years training under and learning from top Strength and Conditioning specialists who have worked with NCAA athletes, NFL players, NBA players, MLB players, Olympic athletes, and Army Special Forces soldiers so I am versed in different types of weightlifting techniques and conditioning methods. I also completed coursework in Exercise Science and Sports Conditioning while at Ole Miss.
As a collegiate track athlete I won two NCAA track and field titles and earned six NCAA All-American honors in the sprint hurdles for Ole Miss. As a professional track athlete I have been ranked among the world's best and was a 2-Time USA Olympic Trials Finalist serving as the 1st alternate in the 110 meter hurdles event for the 2012 USA Olympic Track team. As a bodyweight fitness enthusiast I can perform muscle ups, one arm push-ups, handstand push-ups, pistol squats, and full hanging leg raises.
I begin each workout session with a warm up and then follow a plan that is custom made for the individual consisting of drills and exercises that are designed to help a client progress towards their specific fitness goals. I conclude every workout by putting clients through a cool down.
