More About Coach Anthony

Years of one on one fitness training with a multitude of modalities including bodyweight, plyometrics, agility work, kettlebells and bands, specializing in a a full body approach to fitness.

18 Years of high level soccer in my playing days including semi pro. At age 36 I still keep myself up to snuff with yearly fitness tests like top speed of 20 mph, two miles under 12 min. and as close to a 5 min mile as possible (currently 5:10). I also try and add physical tests to my bag like muscle ups and pistol squats. Currently working on free standing hand stand pushup.

Depending on the proficiency of the client we will always start with some time of body weight flow (resistance band or otherwise) to check in and get the tissues mobilized. Move to some basic calisthenics and then a basic loaded kettlebell work (from swings and and more advanced racked positions, or just isometric holds for beginners). Then depending on the goal of the client well approach the session with progressive loads that fit the need of the client. I approach everything from a functional standpoint, so if the client has purely aesthetic goals in mind (which is fine) Ill reverse engineer the work to achieve those results.
