More About Coach Anthony
As a former football player forced to retire due to injury, I have coached defense, offense as well as special teams to a age group ranging from 10-18 at various camps across Connecticut.
In High School, I was 1st team All-New England as a kicker as well as All league as a wide receiver. I was a member of the football team at Trinity College before being forced to stop due to injuries. I also have experience on the soccer field as well as a member of FSA , reaching the National Championship in 2015.
Start with a dynamic warmup, from there I would focus on the small skills that are needed to be perfected before turning the last part of the session to recreate game scenarios.
