A session will run normally for one hour. Focus will be determined on the client's overall goals. Every session will be started with a general, then a specific warm up. From the warm up we will go into either weight training, speed/agility or complete conditioning. The selection of that step depends on the goals of the client. Each session will end with stretching, foam rolling and any other needed attention to tight/limited muscles. Each client/athlete will have a personalized routine for each stage of their program.
