More About Coach Anthony
Has been the area's go to guy for strength and conditioning for nearly 10 years. I have trained athletes from 8 years old just learning how to move while having fun to some of the areas best professional athletes who are at the peak of their game. After playing college football I was brought in by the same school as a defensive back coach as well as the Strength and Conditioning coach. I have also worked for Velocity Sports Performance before starting up Evolution Sports Performance which has been a staple in the community since 2008. I train individual athletes, small groups, teams of any sport for sport performance (Speed/Strength). I also trains football specific athletes looking to perfect their game! I hold the following certifications (CSCS,USAW,USATF,CPT) First Aid/CPR, AED.
3 sport athlete at Mansfield High School (Football,Baseball,Basketball) and Captain of the football team. Went on to play at Worcester State where I started for all 4 years, ECAC Champions in 2001, ECAC runner up in 2002,2003. Led a secondary that let the nation in pass efficiency defense. Then went on to play Semi-Pro Football where I was Captain, 1st team All-Star, and Defensive MVP.
A typical Strength and Conditioning session starts with a Dynamic Warm up, Single Leg stability (Injury Prevention), Speed component (Acceleration, Multi-Directional, Deceleration), Strength/weight-room component, Core/Conditioning, Static/Partner Stretch.
A typical Football Specific session is generally the same format just football position specific Speed/Strength/Conditioning.
