I’ve worked a couple of youth camps with former teammates Terron Armstead and Jaheim Evans. Both All-Pro offensive lineman and potential Hall of Famers. Right now I am currently working with a collegiate offensive lineman.

Zellener award in high school which was awarded to the best offensive lineman in Long Island NY. All American in junior college (Nassau C.C.) First team all big east at syracuse university. Drafted in the 6th round to the New Orleans Saints. Started 14 games and played in 28 throughout my NFL career. 5 credited seasons. 7 training camps. Also played and started in AAF and XFL. 9yrs total as a pro.

We will do a dynamic warm up to make sure your loose and ready to do. Each day varies and the type of workouts that we do. Footwork, technique, hand placement, cardio, agility, core, balance, strength etc. All are key components in becoming a great offensive lineman.
