More About Coach Andrew
I have been actively working in the fitness industry for 13+ years and have a large array of experience in working with clients in one on one sessions, small groups (2-5) and larger groups (30+) and have worked with several athletic groups from high school to college age and beyond.
I have been an active boxing coach and cornerman for 4 1/2 years and hold a level I certification with the USA Boxing Committee
I graduated with his degree in Exercise Physiology Kinesiology in 2006 and now holds several certifications including the RKC I & II as well as a certification with the NASM.
I played Football and Baseball throughout high school and 2+ years in college and have been actively training as a boxer for 8+ years. I also practiced the art of Uechi-ryu from 1994-2006 earning various titles and awards.
Each session consists of regiments targeted toward my clients specific needs. Each client is different (i.e. age, gender or background) which is why I construct a vast array of regiments geared toward the individual client. No two workouts are ever the same!
