More About Coach Andre

I started an athletic club in 1998 after becoming certified as a personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise. The web based company created a place for clients and or clubs to purchase needed fitness equipment.

The burning desire for to achieve drives me to the finest lecturers in the country. Learning from the leaders in the fitness industry has advanced my personal training skills and techniques to a master level, with an impressive power lifting and body building background. The increased foundation of yoga, functional and core training, keeps programs & seminars challenging, innovative, fresh and fun.

My lectures are approved by the American Council on Exercise and attendees receive continuing education credits. The seminars cover various exercises for all muscle groups and fitness levels.

I was an All American Wrestler in High School and then went to college Lock Haven U in PA. Participated in football and track at the collegiate level. After college a broke the USPF MD state power lifting record by pushing up 330lbs in e 149lb weight class. Did a bunch more power lifting comps until started body building in 1998. I also got certified to personal train by the American Council on Exercise in 1998. I won the MD state AAU light weght body building championships in 1998. I worked at the body building while opening my own personal training studio in Alexandria Va. In 2005 I was 14 in the Nation at the NPC national open competition. Now I'm looking at what's next.

Sessions are all designed specifically to optimize learning and work. If you understand why your doing something it's eaiser to duplicate when I'm not around. To reach your goals it's going to take more than two or three hours per week.

Andre was extremely helpful with my teens aspirations to make the wrestling team. Andre was not only able to teach him but also able to relate to him and took the sessions to a much higher lever than expected. I would whole heartedly recommend Andre.

Andre is knowledgeable and inspirational in gym sessions. He works around my occasional physical limitations while strengthening them and giving me confidence to try different techniques with gym equipment and use different gym apparatus. My goals are to strengthen my core, increase flexibility and find exercises I can use when I'm in my 90s while allowing me to feel good about my physical achievements he is definitely helping me to reach all of my goals and more.
Andre first caught my attention because of his creative and sometimes unusual exercise techniques. He has made the gym fun and a lot more interesting. I have gained back flexibility that I thought I had lost 20 years ago. He is so knowledgeable about the anatomy and musculature of the human body and what you need to do to make weak spots stronger and get definition where you had none. He is inspirational, humorous, dedicated, fun and is a great communicator but what he does better than anyone I've ever met is he challenges you while getting you to challenge yourself at the same time,, and just as a bonus this wasn't even one of my initial goals when I started working out with him I've lost 8 pounds and dropped two pants sizes.
