More About Coach Andree
I currently coach at Cornerstone Christian Academy in Willoughby Hills, where we won our first ever state championship. I am a former trainer/coach for Impact Basketball Academy in Sarasota, Fl where I trained players from high school to the pro level. I have a total of 7 years experience both training and coaching and have worked with athletes of all skill levels.
I am a former all state player in the state of Virginia and one year walk on at Howard University. 2007-2008 season I was the EVAC player of the year.
Everything is position specific. Always begin with dynamic stretch and a basketball warm up. Then we get into the meat of the workout, which varies and totally depends on the player. I always throw in a cool down involving lots of shots and ball handling at the close of the session.
