13 years overall coaching experience; served an integral part in leading Abilene Christian University into NCAA FCS D1AA Southland Conference. Also a part of leading Navarro College to the 2010 NJCAA National Championship; played and coached under legendary head coach Bill Snyder; has established a proven track record of developing defensive linemen; a tireless worker and effective communicator; determined to instill in my student athletes the 16 goals of success.
In his third season with Navarro college, assumes the duties as Co-Run Game Coordinator of defensive-line coach for fall, 2012. He finished this season with an overall record of 41-7 and with back to back to back Region XIV Conference Champions and went on to win his third NJCAA Heart O' Texas Bowl. Coach Rowe's 1st year at Navarro College finished with a #1 ranked defense in 2010 finished with an 11-1 record and became Region XIV Conference Champions. Navarro went on to win its first National Championship since 1989 and became the #1 ranked team in the final NJCAA football Top 20 poll. He has coached players like Jason Pierre-Paul NJCAA All-America 1st All-Jayhawk conference Calvin Barnett, NJCAA All- America, 1st team All-Conference, Tevin Mims 2nd team All-Conference and Bubba Vector 1st team All-Conference Arnold Blackmon 1st team all-conference Terrell Brooks NJCAA All-America Michael Jolivet ranked #9 of top 100 defensive line in the NJCAA Antoine Wright 1st team All-Conference in 2012 defensive line finished with 36 sack held opponents to 145 Passing Yards per Game 110 Rushing Yards per Game Allowed 20.2 Points per game.
As the Defensive Run Game Coordinator, he joined Head Coach Jeff Sims who is now the (assistant head coach at Florida Atlantic University) Fort Scott Community College to assist him as the Defensive Line Coach. With a tough defensive approach we were able to complete an undefeated regular season. Fort Scott went on to its 1st N.J.C.A.A. Hot Bowl appearance, bringing home the trophy with a dominating defensive performance that started upfront. Defense ranked No. 4 in 2008 -- with five shutouts during that season. Two of his former players are currently in the NFL
(DE Jason Pierre-Paul) (LB Jacquian Williams). Finished his sophomore season with 70 tackles, 10.5 sacks, three forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries ... Named Jayhawk Conference Defensive Player of the Week after recording 10 unassisted tackles, two tackles for a loss, 1.5 sacks, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery in one game ... Garnered first team All-Jayhawk and first team All-America honors following the 2008 season ... Runs a 4.5 forty-yard dash ... Chose USF over Florida, Miami, Florida State, Kansas State, Arizona and Nebraska and Oklahoma State ... Majoring in interdisciplinary social sciences.

Started his coaching career as the Defensive Coordinator spear-heading the defensive line efforts at Boca Raton High School in Florida; The same school where he was a Top 100 Blue-Chip All-American Defensive Lineman in ’94-’95. Under my direction we were able to turn a 3-7 football team to 9-1 that went on to a 2nd place finish in district 5A. Defense ranked over all No. 1 in Palm Beach County.

• Coach Rowe is a 1999 graduate of Kansas State University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in social sciences. Two year starter on a nationally ranked defense in 1997-1998 Big XII north division champions
• Fort Scott Community College Earned his AA Degree. Jay-Hawk Conference Newcomer of the Year and Honorable Mention All-American as a freshman in college, 1st team all-conference.
• Boca Raton High School: 4 year starter; top 100 player in the nation at defensive line; Blue Chip All American; earned first team All-Conference, first team All-State, and defensive player of the year in Palm Beach County during senior year
