Hi! My name is Amy, and I am a life-long soccer player and have been a coach for over a decade. Before moving to California, I was a coach with Internationals Soccer Club in Cleveland, Ohio, one of the top 10 girls soccer clubs in the country. I hold my National Diploma from United Soccer Coaches and coach all ages and competition levels. My speciality is in technical training and building individual training habits for players. I believe in fun, positive coaching habits that push players to be their best and meet their personal training goals.

My sessions will always include an injury-prevention warm-up (at various levels depending on player age/risk).
During the first session, I will sit down with the athlete and discuss their training goals.
Sessions will include technical development and partner work (with me or one of your teammates!)
I am a big fan of friendly competition/fun games to keep the energy high!

Coach Amy, is fantastic! My 13 year old daughter needed foundational training and she methodically went through the basics! She then spent a good amount of time learning and assessing where my kid was at and how best to take her to the next level. She was relaxed and easy going so that my daughter felt comfortable and confident in performing the drills and communicating with her. Highly recommend Amy!
