I've been coaching and training athletes for 4 years now, focusing on skills development. I'm the head coach of Trumbull freshman basketball and also an assistant coach for the varsity team. On top of that, I have my own AAU program where I work with 4 teams, training them weekly. I typically work with kids aged 6 and up. And yes, I am coaching certified!

In terms of my athletic accomplishments, playing basketball at Ansonia High School where I received recognition as an All-Conference player and was selected as an All-Star. Following that, I pursued a prep year at NTSI in Orlando, Florida, which led to college offers from Becker College and Ave Maria University. While at Becker College, they unfortunately closed due to Covid, I transferred to the Division II University of Bridgeport, where I had to battle 30 other walk-ons for a spot on the team and successfully made it. Throughout my journey, I am grateful for the opportunities and honors that came my way.

During a typical session with me, clients can expect a personalized approach. I focus on addressing their weaknesses or specific goals they want to work on. To give you a sense of how I run a session, we usually start with a quick stretch to warm up. Then, we dive into ball handling and footwork drills. We also work on close form shots and practice dribble pull-ups, catch and shoot mid-range shots, and three-pointers. Additionally, we focus on finishing layups from different angles around the rim and practice free throws. It's all about tailoring the session to the client's needs and helping them improve their skills on the court!
