Coach Alex was exactly what I was looking for! He really evaluated my players and identified the keys that need to be adjusted for long term success! He was able to relate to the boys and guide them through his own person experience. I feel like he truly cared about identifying fixes rather than just giving some drills and being done. He also taught the boys how to identify what was happening and how they should start with fixing it based on their personal traits he had already evaluated. I will be calling Alex again and recommending him to whoever is looking for a pitching coach!
