I have coached baseball for 10 years (Including running workouts and lessons while I was in High School and College). I've worked mainly with hitters and infielders, across various age groups. I've coached players anywhere from age 8-24. I have coached at Bobby Valentine's Facility in Stamford, CT and Powerhouse Training in Longmeadow, MA. At these locations, I ran both individual and group lessons, focused around fun and development for players. I coached American Legion Baseball in Connecticut from 2019-2022. I then transitioned into chasing a dream of coaching college baseball full-time. I was a Graduate Assistant coach at Western New England from 2022-2023. I was hired as the Hitting Coach and 3rd Base Coach at Endicott College in January of 2024, and am entering my 3rd season in that role.

I played my college baseball at Western New England in Springfield, MA (Division 3). I was a 4-year starter at various infield positions, but eventually became the starting shortstop, beginning by Sophomore year. Over 164 games in my career, I batted .335 and finished ranked top 10 in program history in hits, runs scored, doubles, stolen bases, games played, and at bats. In 2018, we won the conference championship and advanced to the NCAA Tournament. As a player in that season, I was named the Conference Player of the Year. As a coach, in 2023 our Western New England team finished at 25-15-2. The past two years at Endicott, we've reached the College World Series, reaching the National Semifinals in 2025. In 2024, we finished the season with a 47-4 record. In 2025, we finished with a 45-6 record. In 2025, I was named the ABCA Division 3 National Assistant Coach of the Year.

In a typical session, I start by asking the athlete what they want to work on the most or what they feel they need the most work on. This could be a mechanical adjustment, mentality, approach, or other questions on how to succeed as a player. In the first few sessions, I typically sit back and watch to gather information on what I believe the player needs to work on the most. I want them to feel comfortable getting their work in initially without constant coaching or tweaking. Once I have a good sense of what the athlete is good at, and what they need to improve on, I can create a gameplan and selection of drills that will create improvement in their areas of weakness.
