More About Coach Alexis
I train young athletes. I have coached AAU and helped different teams in California to get to the next level! I worked primarily with middle school and high school athletes.
I have played on every level! I was an all American in college. I was PAC-10 player of the year, USA gold medalist, WNIT MVP, just to name a few. I was drafted in 2010 to the Washington Mystics and played for the Phoenix Mercury until this year. I've also played in Turkey and Israel. I know what it takes to become a great athlete.
I like to do a variety of things during my workouts: from conditioning, skills work, defense, as well as thinking and moving techniques on the floor. I think a lot of the game is mental. So it's going over different games decisions based on position
