More About Coach Alex
I am a qualified yoga teacher and have competed my 500 hour yoga teacher certification with yoga works. I have been practicing yoga for 20 years. I teach beginners, pre-natal, vinyasa flow, restorative yoga, inversions and also plan retreats for small groups. I also teach elderly clients with the use of chairs if needed. I work with clients with addiction. I also teach guided meditation and breathing practice.
I am certified in reiki one and two and love incorporating healing into my yoga sessions . I have been teaching in California for 12 years.
I practice to stay connected to my body my mind my community and to stay inspired as teacher. I teach because I hope to provide a space for others to feel the way my practice has had made me feel supported,nurtured,challenged,empowered and confident.
Yoga is beauty, yoga is glory, yoga is genius, yoga is truth, yoga is love .
Letting such wisdom permeate the soul and truly take hold in the roots of my soul is the path I try to walk everyday. I hope my classes bring the same amount of joy and happiness to whoever chooses to share their time with me that teaching them brings to my life.
I am happy to plan and work with any special occasion that may come up and provide a tailored occasion.

I am a qualified yoga teacher I have over 500 hours of training with yoga works , I am lead yoga instructor for the Waldorf Astoria resort in Dana Point, I am happy to teach at your home, on the beach or local park. I enjoy working with individual clients and also groups and special occasions.
I would need to identify your goal and discuss any injurys that we need to take care of, we would start a lesson plan identifying any props we would need so that the poses can be accessible to you.
