More About Coach Alexandra
I am professionally trained in all areas of dance including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Acrobatics, Contemporary, and strength training/stretching. I began dancing at the age of 3 and went on to work professionally in the industry. I found my passion in teaching and have been doing so for over 10 years. I previously worked for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and am able to teach aerial work as well.Currently, I work as a middle school teacher teaching dance in West Palm Beach, Florida and look forward to sharing my love and passion of dance with you!

WOD- workout of the day- consists of different movements everyday designed to strengthen the athlete in all aspects of Crossift through a combination of gymnastics, cardio and weight lifting
