I worked as a coach for 5 years at the Division 1 level. I trained distance runners at University of Tulsa and University of Missouri Kansas City. I also worked as a coach and mentor for students at Bradford college in the United Kingdom. I typically work with athletes ages 16+.

• C-USA Outstanding Senior of the Year: 2008
• C-USA Female Athlete of the Year in cross country, indoor and outdoor track: 2006-2009
• School record holder for the Mile, 3000m, 5000m and 10,000m
• Hold the Oklahoma state record for the half marathon

A session would begin with a warm up jog, followed by running drills and light stretching. Dependent on what the athlete would be training for we would work on threshold, or intervals, or an easy recovery workout. The workout would end with a cool down, stretching and perhaps some strength training (again dependent on goals).
