I have worked with University of Arizona football and adolescents from the Tucson community on the fundamentals of football. Currently pursuing personal training certificate. Lettered all four years of college playing both defensive end and offensive guard at University of Arizona. 4x bowl game qualifier, 2x all-conference PAC 12 and Green Bay Packer and Indiana Colts Rookie minicamp invitee.
Clients can expect position drills, speed and agility, and handwork depending on position that is being worked. I also offer cardio and HIIT work to build endurance and to prepare for situational events.
