I have been teaching martial arts in Miami, Florida for almost 10 years. This includes adult group instruction, children's classes, and one on one training. I have also taught specialized classes for law enforcement and security.

In addition to being a coach I have also been a competitor in muay thai and mma on both amateur and professional levels.

In my sessions I begin with a basic warm up, then I cover basics such as footwork and proper technique. I incorporate pads for improving timing, power, accuracy and cardio and most importantly go over application of techniques so that my students know when and how they should use those techniques.
