More About Coach Adrienne
There are two things I'm certain of. One is my faith. The other is that I was put on this earth to spread the love of God. The way that He purposed me to do that is through basketball. While basketball is my heart and soul, coaching and training is much deeper to me. It is an opportunity to spread God's love while caring for the athlete in demanding to get the best out of my athletes and to connect with them by first caring for them. Once they know I care through forming a trusting relationship, then I can push them to being the best athlete and person they can be not only on the court but off the court as well.

Clients can expect to always work on the fundamentals of basketball no matter how advanced you become. While I am highly skilled in all areas of basketball, my specialty is ballhandling. I am a firm believer that in order to be elite, you must have the basics of basketball. It is only from a firm and solid correct foundation that you can build. As we master the fundamentals, then we are able to progress. While I believe in the basketball skillset, I also am an advocate for mobility and strength. In order to maximize your basketball skills, you must be well stretched and prepared before you touch a basketball. In saying that, we begin with a proper dynamic warmup. From there, we will get into some jumping rope to help with building speed in your feet and in your hands. I'm a strong advocate for jumping rope as it makes your feet quicker as well as your hands. It also builds up your hand strength, ankle strength, calves, and shoulders. As we finish, we move on to ballhandling. We always handle the ball and then progress to areas the client would like to improve in.
