I was a Strength and Conditioning coach for The University of Alabama this past spring working with multiple 4 and 5 star athletes and individuals preparing for the combine. I coached running backs at Stonehill College in 2018 and coached defensive backs last season but am knowledgeable in all positions and worked with people from ages 8-23 in my career.

I played college football at Bridgewater State where I won a conference championship as a Defensive Back. I was on the All- Academic team in all my years in college, and played football since the age of 6.

Each session begins with a warm up, followed by a stretch, and then a variety of technical drills that are position specific, and conditioning if necessary.

I will tailor each workout specifically to the needs of the individual athlete and their strengths and weaknesses.
