More About Coach Adeeb
I’m a certified Pure Sweat Skills Coach with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Maryland. I’ve trained male and female athletes ages 10–40 and coached at the high school varsity and shoe-sponsored AAU levels. Each summer, I assist Drew Hanlen in NBA workouts with players like Jayson Tatum, Tyrese Maxey, Tyrese Haliburton, Bradley Beal, Zach LaVine, and Chet Holmgren. My training blends skill development with movement science to help athletes perform at their best, whether they’re just starting out or chasing a pro career.
I didn’t compete at the collegiate or professional level due to performance anxiety, which held me back from trying out for higher-level teams. Instead, I dedicated myself to studying the game, especially the mental side. That journey shaped my training approach and helps me connect with athletes who face similar challenges.
My sessions are highly detailed and tailored to each athlete’s unique skillset, learning style, and goals. I focus on micro-skills, which are small and often overlooked details that translate directly to in-game performance. All drills focus on real situations without any gimmicks. I’m patient, results-driven, and committed to helping players build real evidence of growth through game-relevant reps, accountability, and consistent progress.
