I have been a defensive line coach at Hudson High School for the past 5+ years. In addition to varsity defensive line, I act as the JV defensive coordinator, and JV head coach. I have also coached varsity and JV wrestling. I have worked at a variety of football camps with younger athletes 4th-8th graders.

I am a former captain for Baldwin Wallace Football, I started games in 4 seasons and recorded 100 career tackles. I was 2x named to the Capital One Academic All-District team.

Dline is a very demanding position, it requires a lot of explosive movements and great conditioning to play all 4 quarters. A session will start with a warm-up that leads into multiple short max effort sprints 10-15 yards. From there we will continue to work agility with an emphasis on keeping pad level low. The core of the session will be defensive line fundamental movements (get off, strike, escapes, hoops, and pursuit). The session will end with as close to live pass rushing reps that we can manage.
